Assignees are notified that they have been assigned to an activity and has access to update and complete the activity. It is also possible to assign yourself as the Assignee.
Mandatory activities: Cannot be permanently deleted but can be Waived with a justification.

Yes. Click Add Activity under any phase and choose from the list of available activities.
After updating the activity status, click Save to ensure the changes are captured and reflected in the system.
When an activity is Completed, the system will not allow you to make changes. To solve this, you can reopen the activity by changing the status from Completed to In Progress.
Then, you can freely make necessary changes and once you’re done, change the status to Completed and click Save.
